How much will this cost?

$250.00 for 75-minute intakes/assessments (initial appointments)

$150.00 for 50-60 minutes (individual session)

$175.00 for 50-60 minutes (couple or family session)

$225.00 for 75-minutes (couple or family session)

$250.00 for 90-minutes (couple intensives, family sessions, etc.)

Do you accept insurance?

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare/Optum. Please verify your benefits with your insurance company prior to our first session. I am happy to submit claims with these companies.

I am out-of-network with all other insurance companies. If this is the case for you, I would be happy to provide invoices that contain the information necessary for you to seek reimbursement at an out-of-network rate from your insurance company.

What else do I need to know?

I accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards for payment.

I reserve a few sliding scale appointments for those who are unable to afford my rates. Please contact me to discuss this further.

Good Faith Estimates

Effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
